This Privacy Policy describes Solas Foundation's policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information.

Solas Foundation receives your information through our websites ("Services"). Irrespective of which country that you reside in or create information from, your information may be used by Solas Foundation in Scotland or any other country where Solas Foundation operates.

If you email us, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request. Providing the additional information described in this section is entirely optional.

Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Services. We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information, such as your public content or the number of users who clicked on a particular link (even if only one did).

Our Services are not directed to people under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be available on the website frontpage as a link. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.



By using the SolasFoundation.org website you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects by the laws of Scotland. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against SolasFoundation.org must be resolved by the courts of Scotland. You and Solas Foundation both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

If we don't enforce any particular provision, we are not waiving our right to do so later. If a court strikes down any of these terms, the remaining terms will survive. We may automatically assign this agreement in our sole discretion in accordance with the notice provision below.

You must not, in the use of SolasFoundation.org, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SolasFoundation.org service for any reason, without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time.

We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
